2008 Kymco Vitality Red (50cc)

This Kymco Vitality 50 has a super unique look and a bunch of recent service to get it ready for the road. The scoot has around 2800 miles and we've just completed the following maintenance within the past 50 miles:

• New battery
• New spark plug
• Engine oil change
• Brake fluid replacement
• Carburetor cleaning
• Engine valve inspection
• New front and rear tires

This was brought in from out of state, so it is currently titled in Iowa as a "Motorcycle" and would require a motorcycle license to operate. It would eventually reach speeds of around 30mph to almost 40 mph as a top speed (eventually, maybe). It may qualify as a "moped" in other states however!
